Agia Galini
Agia Galini is 61 km southeast of Rethymnon and 68 km southwest of Heraklion. On the south coast, it is about in the middle of the island.
Agia Galini, by the strange and fitting name, is a small labyrinthine village built amphitheatrically with white houses, surrounded by three mountains, Mount Asideroto, Kedros and Psiloritis, and opens into a beautiful, picturesque harbour that is particularly busy and full of traffic during the summer months.
