Kasteli Kissamos
Kissamos or Kastelli Kissamos is a small town in western Crete, at the northwestern tip of the island. Arriving in Kissamos you can see the long beach with grey sand that stretches in front of the city and the rocky coast to the west.
Kissamos, which many still refer to as the older name Kastelli, is located in the middle of the bay of Kissamos, 43 km from Chania. Kissamos initially shows a city with a few exciting things to do, however, the reality is completely different.
Do not forget that on the west coast of Crete are some of the most famous sights of the island, such as Elafonissi, Falasarna and Balos with Gramvousa.
